2016 Reeher Vista Executive Conference at the Depot: General Session

Picture of AV for You dual screen set at the monitor including pipe and drape and frosted podium AV for You provided robust audio visual support for the Reheer Vista Executive Conference at the Depot in Minneapolis. At the general session we provided: two 6.75x12' screens, two 7KHD projectors, 20' of black drape and 16' grey drape with 9 Uplights for a backdrop, frosted podium, 4 panel microphones (3 pictured) and a 40" confidence monitor. We also set up two 15' towers for a stage wash with 8 ETC lights. For audio we are using four VRX line array speakers.

At the tech table we used our QuickVu video switcher, playback pro, SmartFade lighting console, and two qlxd4 wireless mic racks which are networked together and linked to work with our RF Venue D-fin Paddle and the X32 digital mixer.
