AV Support for AVEDA Purefessional Immersion Event at The Graduate Hotel in Minneapolis

AV For You provided audio, video, projection, lighting and staging rental equipment and tech services for the AVEDA Purefessional Immersion Event at the Graduate Hotel in Minneapolis.  At this event we supported the general session, registration, reception and several breakout rooms.

For audio rental equipment we set up Mackie SRM550 12” Speakers, Shure Wireless Microphones, and our Mackie Pro FX12 12 Channel Mixer.

For projection rental equipment we projected a couple Sony VPL-PHZ10 HD Laser Projectors onto Screen Works 6.75’ x 12’ Truss Style Screens.  We also projected a logo on the side of the building, some people refer to this as a projector gobo.

For video rental equipment we used our Roland V-1HD Video Switcher.  For TV’s we used a Samsung 55” LED HDTV as a confidence monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we used Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery Powered Uplights during the general session and reception.  We also used some Martin MAC Aura Moving Head Wash Lights, American DJ Par LED Lights and Chauvet Ovation E-910 FC LED Lights at the reception. To control the lights we used our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.

For Staging rental equipment used a frosted podium and flip chart package.
