MN Literacy’s 2nd Annual Beyond Words Bash at Aria
AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment and Onsite Tech Services for Minnesota Literacy’s 2nd Annual Beyond Words Bash at Aria in Minneapolis, MN. Dessa was keynote speaker at the event.
For audio rental equipment we set up speakers and Microphones. For speakers we used twelve dB Technologies DVA Line Array T4 Speakers, two dB Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers and five QSC K10 Speakers. For microphones we utilized an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Pair and a Shure Wireless Handheld.
For video rental equipment we rear projected a Barco 12K Lumen HD Projector onto the wall. We set up a Samsung 40” 4k confidence monitor. We also used our Panasonic HD Camera.
For lighting rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash. We also used eight of our Martin MAC Aura lights as well.
For staging rental equipment we set up four panels of pipe and drape using our Black Ultra Velour Drape for backdrop.
At the Tech table we used a Playback Pro Computer and Analog Way Pulse 2 Video Switcher to toggle between powerpoint and video rolls. We utilized our HDMI/SDI Converter Kit to distribute HD Video Signal to the Projector. We set up our Shure UHF-R Wireless Mic rack, a Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer X32 Compact for reliable audio at the event. We controlled the stage wash using our ETC Smartfade 1248.
