Annual Gala at Aria in Minneapolis

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors Annual Gala at Aria in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up eight dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers in the main room, two QSC K10.2 Speakers in the lobby, a JBL VRX918SP Subwoofer, Shure Wireless ULX-D Combo Kit and Shure Gooseneck microphones.  We used our Behringer X32 and S16 Digital Snake for clear, dependable audio.  

For video rental equipment we flew two Draper 16’ x 9’ Truss Screens and projected onto them using our Eiki 7K HD projectors from truss towers.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro to change between video and powerpoint.  We used our HDMI/SDI Cross Converter Kit to send HD video to the projectors. We had our Panasonic HD Camera set up as well for IMAG at the event and used our PIX 240 Recorder.  

For lighting rental equipment we set up eleven Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights; eight for stage wash, one for a gobo and two for backlighting of the IMAG.  We used our ETC Smartfade 2496 Lighting Board to control the lights.  

For staging rental equipment we set up a stage and backdrop.  We constructed a 16’ x 8’ stage using eight of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks and set a Frosted Podium on it.  For the backdrop we set up a couple panels of pipe and drape using our Rose Brand Grey Drape.
