Audio Visual Support for Gala at Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Video, and Staging Rental Equipment for a Brighter Days Gala at the Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K12 Speakers, Shure ULX-D Wireless Microphone kit, Audio-Technica AT-U857Q Gooseneck Mic, and our Mackie 1402-VLZ4 14 Channel Mixer.

For projection rental equipment we used our Sony VPL-PHZ10 HD Laser Projector and Screen Works 6.75’ x 12’ Truss Style Screen.  For other video rental equipment we used our Playback Pro Plus Laptop, a Lenovo Ideapad S340 Laptop and Roland V-1HD Video Switcher to control the video.  

For staging rental equipment we constructed an 8’ x 8’ stage using four 4’ x 4’ stage decks, skirt and step.  We also set up pipe and drape for backdrop using four panels of black drape.
