AV for You set up audio, video and staging rental equipment for an event at the City Hall Rotunda in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we provided six JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers and a gooseneck microphone.

For video rental equipment we rear projected two of our Eiki 7K HD projectors from truss towers using short throw lens onto our Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.

For staging rental equipment we set up four pipe and drape walls, using our Rose Brand Black Drape.  We placed them around the two different screen setup to enclose all of our equipment and give the event a professional look.

At the tech table we used a Behringer X32 Compact Mixer, Behringer S16 Digital Snake and a Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro Rack for clear and dependable audio.  We had our Analog Way Saphyr Switcher and Playback Pro Laptop set up for switching between Powerpoints and video rolls.
