AV for You provided audio and video for a GENYOUth Event at Embassy Suites in Downtown St. Paul.

For audio we provided three QSC K8 Speakers.  Two were placed on stands in each corner of the room, the third was placed on a stand in an adjacent room to provide a live feed for those working in the other space.  We set up our Shure ULXS4 Combo and Distro Kits to provide Three Handhelds and One Lavalier Microphone for the Event.  We also used our Mackie ProFX12 Mixer and a RapcoHorizon LTIBlox Laptop Audio Adapter to mix between microphones and sound from the laptop being used for the video presentation.

For video we front projected two NEC 3K HD Projectors onto two Draper 5.75' x 10' Fastfold Screens. We used Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video to both projectors on each side of the long room.
