Great Hall at The Depot Minneapolis
AV for You set up audio, video, and lighting in The Great Hall for The Reeher Vista Executive Conference at The Depot in Downtown Minneapolis.
For audio we provided JBL VRX Line Array Speakers on stands and placed two in the front of the room and two in the back as a delay speaker set. This allowed for even sound distribution throughout the long space. We also set up our Audio Technica Podium Microphones at our Frosted Podium onstage.
For video we rear projected our Eiki HDT700 Projectors onto Draper 6.75x12 Fastfold Screens. We also provided a 40" Monitor as a confidence monitor to show the program screen for those speaking from the stage.
For lighting we used ETC Source Four lights for a stage wash by rigging them to 15" truss towers set in the back corners of the room. We also attached a Source Four light to a 12' Schedule 40 pipe to project a gobo onto our white muslin backdrop. We used American DJ Flat Par uplights to create a vibrant colored backdrop for those onstage.
At the tech table we are using the Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and a Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro Rack for audio. We also have our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and a Playback Pro for video rolls. Finally We set up our ETC Smartfade for lighting, PerfectCue Mini for slide advancement and HME MB300 ClearCom for wireless communication during the conference.
