AV for You set up audio, video and lighting rental equipment for Twin Cities Business Magazine's “2018 Family Business Awards” at the Hilton Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up six of our JBL VRX Line Array Speakers, four on our two Duratruss Crank Up Stands, two on our JBL VRX Subwoofers using our speaker pole attachment.  We also had our Audio-Technica Podium Microphones on our Frosted Podium on stage.

For video rental equipment we front projected our Eiki 7KHD Projectors onto our Draper 9' x 16' Truss Style Screens.  We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video signal to both of the projectors in the room.

For lighting rental equipment we set up eight of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC Lights on 15' Truss in the back of the room. We also set up our Eternal Lighting ECHOCube Battery Powered Uplights around the room set to purple for added ambiance and decor in the space.

At the tech table we used our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Playback Laptop for simple video switches between Powerpoint slides and video rolls. We used our Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer for clean and dependable audio and our ETC Smartfade lighting console for control over the brightness of the stage wash lighting.
