Hotel Sofitel Bloomington AV Audio Visual setup screen and microphones

A show at the Hotel Sofitel in their courtyard. The challenge here was there was a lot of ambient light to deal with. We did rear projection with a drape tunnel to block the light from the screen. We used a 6500 lumen projector with a short throw lens. 3 speakers for the PA with lavalier mics and laptop audio. There was a technician for the whole event to ensure it went off with out a hitch.
