AV Rental at Machine Shop for Business Women’s Circle Event

AV for You provided audio, video and staging rental equipment for Business Women’s Circle event put on by Do Good Events at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up Shure wireless microphones (handheld and lavalier), our Allen & Heath Zed 18 Channel Mixer and an LTI Block.

For video rental equipment we projected our NEC 4K HD projector onto a 10’ Cradle Screen.  We also utilized our Analog Way Pulse 2 Video switcher and Playback Pro computer to switch between powerpoint and video rolls.

For staging rental equipment we created a 12’ x 8’ x 16” stage using our 4’ x 4’ stage decks, skirting and a stage step.  We also supplied our truss podium as well.

We also had an AV tech onsite for technical support to ensure the event ran smoothly.
