Shareholder Meeting AV Rental at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis
AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for a Loup Ventures shareholder meeting at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis.For audio rental equipment we set up our Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Microphone rack, a Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer SD16 Digital Snake.
For video rental equipment we projected our Eiki 7K Lumen HD projector onto a Screen Works 10’ x 5.75’ Truss Screen. We used our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera for recording and IMAG. We used our Playback Pro Computer and Roland VR-50 HD Switcher to change between powerpoint video clips. We used HDMI/SDI Cross Converter to send HD video to the projector.
For lighting rental equipment we set up two Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights on crank stands for stage wash. We used our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting board to control the wash.
For staging rental equipment we set up four panels of pipe and drape using our Rosebrand Grey Drape for backdrop. We also constructed an 12’ x 8’ stage using six of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks.
