Power of Love Gala at the Minneapolis Marriott NW
AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for Wingspan Life “Power of Love” Gala at the Minneapolis Marriott NW in Brooklyn Park, MN.
For Audio Rental equipment we set up four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, two JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers, JBL EON610 Speakers along with Shure and Audio Technica Gooseneck Microphones.
For Video Rental equipment we projected two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto house screens.
For Lighting Rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash.
For Staging Rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using five panels of Black Ultra Velour Drape and four panels Rosebrand Grey Drape. We also placed our Frosted Podium on the stage.
At the tech table we had our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Playback Pro laptop for simple switching between PowerPoint and Video Rolls. We used our HDMI/SDI Cross Converter Kit to send HD Video signal to the projectors. We also set up a Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and Shure QLXD4 microphones for clear and dependable audio. We used our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the stage wash during the event.
