AV for You provided audio, video and lighting rental equipment for a Big Brothers Big Sisters Fundraiser Gala at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up six of our DVA Line Array T4 Speakers on two of our Global Truss ST-132 Crank stands.  We were able to get the speakers high in the venue for even sound distribution.  We also set up two QSC K10 Speakers for center fill in the venue.

For video rental equipment we set up our Pulse2 Video Switcher and a Playback Pro laptop for switching between powerpoint and video rolls. We used our Decimator SDI-HDMI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video into Nicollet Island's house projector system.  We also provided IMAG for the event using our Panasonic HD Camera.

For lighting and staging rental equipment we produced a stage wash using eight of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights mounted on truss towers.  We used our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the brightness of the stage wash.  We also supplied our frosted podium on the stage.

At the tech table we set up our Behringer X32 Compact mixer with our Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone distro allowing us to provide clean and reliable wireless mic transmission.
