AV for You set up Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment for the Midwest Management Summit at the Radisson Blu Hotel - Mall of America in Bloomington, MN.  For this four day event we set up our equipment in a total of ten different rooms, each requiring different configurations of our audio, video lighting and staging rental equipment.  We also had two Technicians onsite for the entire four day summit.

For video rental equipment we had different configurations in the ten different rooms, but in total we set up the equipment mentioned here:

Projector rental equipment:

We set up two Barco 14KHD Projectors, one Barco 12KHD Projector, six Eiki 7KHD Projectors and one NEC 4KHD Projector.

Screen rental equipment:

We set up two Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens, one Draper 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens, two Screen Works 6.75’ x 12’ Truss Screens and four Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.

Video Switcher Rental Equipment:

We used one Analog Way Nextage 08, one Analog Way Pulse2, two Analog Way QuickVu's, one Analog Way Saphyr, one Roland VR-50HD Multi Format A/V Mixer and two Roland Switchers.

We also set up our Kino-Mo Hypervsn to display floating in mid-air 3D graphics of Sponsor companies at the event.

TV Rental Equipment:

We set up two of our Sharp 90” TV’s on fusion monitor stands and one Acer 19” TV.

For audio rental equipment we had different configurations in the ten different rooms, but in total we set up the equipment mentioned here:

Microphone Rental Equipment:

We supplied two Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Microphone Packs, three Shure ULXS4 Distro Packs (2 Handheld, 2 Laviliers), four Shure Combo Wireless Microphone Kits, five Shure Lavalier Wireless Microphone Kits and one Shure Small Room Handheld Wireless Microphone Kit.

Speaker Rental Equipment:

We set up six JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, twelve QSC K10 Speakers, four Mackie SRM150 Speakers and one QSC K8 Speaker.

Audio Mixer Rental Equipment:

We utilized two Mackie Pro FX12 12 Channel Mixers, one Mackie 1604 VLZ Pro 16 Channel Mixers, two Mackie DFX6 Stereo 4 Channel Mixers, one Mackie 1202-VLZ3 12 Channel Mixer and two Shure SCM268 4 Channel Mixers.

We also set up some lighting and staging rental equipment.  For lighting rental equipment we set up twenty American DJ Flat Par QWH5X LED uplights.  For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape in most of the rooms using our Rose Brand Black drape.
