AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for the St Paul Area Chamber of Commerce’s Equity Summit II at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.

For audio rental equipment we set up speakers, microphones and a mixer.  For the speaker rental portion we used twelve dB Technologies DVA T8 Line Array speakers supported by Sumner Eventer Stage lifts as well as four QSC K10 Speakers.  The microphone rental consisted of Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless racks, over the ear mics and a pair of Audio-Technica Gooseneck podium microphones.  We used our Midas M32R mixer along with a Midas DL-16 for clear, reliable audio at the event.

For video rental equipment we used a Barco 30k HDF-W30 Projector and two Barco 14k HD Projectors to project onto the three 16’ x 9’ screens we set up.  We set up a confidence monitor using a Samsung 55” TV on a confidence monitor stand for the presenters on stage.  This event required IMAG and recording so we had our Sony HXC-100 Camera with a Canon J33 x 11 Lens with Semi-Servo controls and used a Pix-E5 recorder.  We used a Playback Pro computer and our Analog Way Ascender 1602 4K switcher to change between Powerpoint slides and video rolls.

For lighting rental equipment we used several different fixtures including ETC Source Four Lights, Chauvet Ovation P-56FC Pars and American DJ Bars.  We controlled the lighting using an ETC Element Lighting board.  

For staging rental equipment we used eight panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Black drape.  We also used our Moddim Bend Tiles with the backdrop as well. On the stage we placed a couple of our frosted podiums.
