AV for You set up audio, video, and lighting in The Great Hall for The Reeher Vista Executive Conference at The Depot in Downtown Minneapolis.

For audio we provided JBL VRX Line Array Speakers on stands and placed two in the front of the room and two in the back as a delay speaker set. This allowed for even sound distribution throughout the long space. We also set up our Audio Technica Podium Microphones at our Frosted Podium onstage.

For video we rear projected our Eiki HDT700 Projectors onto Draper 6.75×12 Fastfold Screens. We also provided a 40″ Monitor as a confidence monitor to show the program screen for those speaking from the stage.

For lighting we used ETC Source Four lights for a stage wash by rigging them to 15″ truss towers set in the back corners of the room. We also attached a Source Four light to a 12′ Schedule 40 pipe to project a gobo onto our white muslin backdrop. We used  American DJ Flat Par uplights to create a vibrant colored backdrop for those onstage.

At the tech table we are using the Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and a Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro Rack for audio. We also have our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and a Playback Pro for video rolls. Finally We set up our ETC Smartfade for lighting, PerfectCue Mini for slide advancement and HME MB300 ClearCom for wireless communication during the conference. ​

MPMG at Golden Valley Golf and Country Club

AV for You provided audio, video and lighting for the Speaker Series Event held by the Minneapolis Portfolio Management Group at the Golden Valley Golf and Country Club.

For audio we used QSC K10 Speakers on stands spread throughout the room. We also provided our Audio Technica podium microphone at the podium.

For video we rear projected on our Draper 5.75×10 Fastfold Screens using our Eiki HDT700 projectors. We also set up a 5.75×10 screen in the center of the room and front projected onto it using another HDT700 projector. We ran separate cabling to the screens allowing us to separate signal to the outside screens vs. the center screen.

For lighting we rigged ETC Source Four lights to the ceiling using air wall hangers. We also provided American DJ Flat Par Lights to the grey drape that we ran all along the back of the room.

At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 and Shure QLXD4 wireless microphones for audio. For video we provided our Analog Way Nextage08 Video Switcher and 4KHD Monitor to manage the advanced video switching between multiple outputs. We also used a Pix 240 Video Recorder to record the output of the video switcher. ​

AV for You provided audio, video, and lighting for the 2017 Hall of Fame event for Twin Cities Business Magazine held at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in the Nicollet Ballroom.

Video was projected on DaLite 8’x14’ screens with Eiki HDT700 LCD projectors linked with Decimator MD-HX HMDI to SDI converters. The video cues were done seamlessly with our Analog Way QuickVu scaler.

For audio we used JBL VRX900 line array speakers and Shure wireless microphones.

We used ETC Source Four lights for the stage wash and Eternal Lighting Cube Echo battery powered LED uplights for decor.

Magnolia and Vine Bloom 2017 Conference at JW Marriott Mall of America

AV for You provided audio, video, and lighting for Bloom 2017 with Magnolia and Vine at the JW Marriott Mall of America in Bloomington Minnesota.

Video was projected on our Screen Works 9’x16’ screens with our Barco W12 12,000 lumen HD projectors. Video sources were switched seamlessly with an Analog Way NextAge08. Our Sharp 90” monitors were used as teleprompters from across the room.

For audio we used our DVA T4 line array system ground supported with Sumner Eventer 16 towers. A Behringer X32 mixer controlled the sound of Shure QLXD wireless microphones.

Lighting was ETC Source Four fixtures on a truss rigged from the ceiling for the stage wash and Elation Powerspot 575 moving head lights brought flair to the fashion show. The backdrop was lit by Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED uplights and a custom gobo with the Magnolia and Vine logo.

AV for You set up a 90″ monitor and stage on the roof at Union Bar and Grill in Minneapolis.

Video was provided by our Sharp 90 inch tv on Global Truss and controlled by an Analog Way QuickVu scaler/switcher.

For audio we used QSC K10s and Shure ulxs4 handheld microphones.

The stage was set with our Staging Dimensions decks with a frosted podium and black pipe and drape.

AV for You provided audio visual support to the Show Tune Showdown for the One Voice Mixed Chorus at The Woman’s Club of Minneapolis.

For video we used an 8’x14’ fastfold projection screen, Eiki HDT700 LCD projector, Analog Way QuickVu switcher, and Playback Pro software.

For audio we used our Shure QLXD4 wireless microphones.

For lighting we used ETC Source Four fixtures and our star gobos and Eternal Lighting Cube Echo battery LED uplights to add decor to the walls.

Mind Over Matter fundraiser at Wayzata Country Club

AV for You provided Audio, Video and Lighting for the Mind Over Matter Event, a fundraiser to find the cure for cancer. This event was held by MG Charities at the Wayzata Country Club in Wayzata, MN.

For audio we provided QSC K10s on stands, spread along the front of the room. We also ran a Shure SM58 wired microphone to be used as a podium microphone.

For video we provided Vizio 60″ Monitors on Chief Rolling Stands. We used our Decimator HDMI/SDI Cross Converter boxes to distribute the same video signal to both Monitors.

For lighting we provided a stage wash by aiming ETC Source Four lights on stage from our Global Truss ST-132 Heavy Duty Crank Tripods in the back of the room.

At the tech table we used our Mackie ProFX12 Mixer and Shure UHF-R Wireless Mic rack for Audio, our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls, and our ETC Smartfade lighting console to control brightness of the stage wash.

242nd Army Birthday Event at Historic John P. Furber

AV For You provided audio, video and lighting for the 242nd Army Birthday Event held at the Historic John P. Furber Farm in Cottage Grove, MN.

For audio we provided two QSC K10 speakers, our Mackie ProFX12 Mixer, and our Shure UHF-R Wireless Mic Rack.

For Video we provided a 60″ monitor on one of our Cheif rolling stands. We also provided an Analog Way Quickvu Video Switcher for seamless switching between a powerpoint and video clip.

For lighting we used 3 of our ETC Source 4 lights for a stage wash. We attached them to one of our Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stands that we set on the second level, and adjusted the lights to shine down onto the stage.

Shriners Hospital Gala

AV For You provided audio, video, lighting, and staging for Shriners Hospital Gala held at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis.

For audio our DVA T4 speakers were rigged onto our Sumner Eventer lifts. Also used was our Behringer X32 mixer, QLXD4 wireless rack, digital snake, and podium mics.

For video we set our 9×16 truss style screens, 7K HD projectors on truss towers, Analog Way Quick Vu video switcher, playback pro, and our Panasonic HD camera on a spider pod.

For staging we had black pipe and drape set along with our White Muslic drape behind the stage.

Finally for lighting we had our Battery powered uplights set behind the stage and our ETC S4s for the stage wash, which were also rigged to truss towers.

Blue Line Ball

AV For You set up audio, video and lighting for the Blue Line Ball at the St. Paul River Center.

For Audio we provided eight of our JBL VRX Line Array Speakers on stands. We also stacked our VRX on our Global Truss Medium Duty Crank Tripod Stands, which allowed us to raise the speakers higher while allowing for more stability. We also provided our Audio-Technica podium microphone at the podium.

For Video we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD projectors onto our two Dalite 8’x14′ fastfold screens. We set our two projectors onto two 8′ truss towers behind the stage.

For Lighting we provided 6 of our ETC Source 4 lights for a stage wash. We used two ETC Source 4 Pars for backlighting. We also Provided one Source 4 for a gobo projection on the truss tor behind the stage to project onto the back wall. Along with this we set up 6 American DJ Flat Par lights the project onto the Black Drape we set up behind the stage. We also provided 20 Battery Powered Uplights around the room set to blue for decor.

At the tech table we have our Shure QLXD4 Wireless Distro Rack with our Behringer X32 Producer Mixer for audio. We also had our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher for simple switching and a playback pro laptop for Video Rolls. We were also controlling our lighting using a ETC Smartfade Lighting Console.
