ACG Minnesota’s Capital Connection Event at The Depot

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Technical Services for ACG Minnesota’s Capital Connection at The Depot Hotel in Minneapolis.  We set up our gear in multiple rooms there including the Pavilion, Great Hall, Charles Frost Room and Winter Garden.

For video rental equipment in the pavilion we projected a Barco 12K HD Projector onto a Screen Works 16’ x 9’ Screen.  We used our Panasonic HD Camera set up on a tripod.  We provided a Samsung 40” 4K TV as a confidence monitor.  We also utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and used our HDMI/SDI Cross Converter Kit to send HD Video to the projector.  In the Great Hall we set up two NEC 3K Projectors with Da-Lite 8’ Screens.  In the Charles Frost Room we projected another NEC 3K Projector onto a 6’ Tripod screen.  

We used audio rental equipment in all the rooms as well which included Speakers, Microphones and mixer.  For speakers we set up dB Technologies DVA & JBL VRX900 Line Array’s as well as QSC K10’s.  For microphones we set up a Shure wireless microphones (handheld and lavaliers) and Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphones.  For mixers we utilized an Allen & Heath Zed, a Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer X32 Compact.

For lighting rental equipment we set up Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered Uplights and Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights.  We lighting boards we used an ETC Smartfade 1248 as well as a ChamSys QuickQ 10.

For staging rental equipment we set up three panels of pipe and drape using our Rose Brand Black Drape.  We also set our Frosted Podium.
