AV for You provided Audio, Video and Lighting for the Shriners Hospital Fundraiser Gala at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel - The Depot in downtown Minneapolis.

For audio we rigged 10 of our dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array speakers to our two Sumner Eventer 16 Stage Lifts. We used another two T4s as center fills using our DVA T4 Cradles. We also used our Audio Technica Podium Microphones at our two Truss Podiums onstage.

For video we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD Projectors onto our Screen Works 9' x 16' Screens from 10' Truss Towers in the back of the room.  We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video signal to both projectors.

For lighting we rigged eighteen of our ETC Source 4 lights to a truss line hanging from the ceiling for a bright saturated stage wash look. We used two Chauvet Ovation lights for gobos projected onto the white muslin backdrop behind the stage. We provided two ETC Source 4 Par lights attached to the white muslin truss line.  This provided a backlight for presenters onstage, creating depth for speakers picked up by IMAG (Image Magnification) on screen.  Behind the stage we set up twelve of our Eternal Lighting EchoCUBE Battery Powered Uplights to add color and visual impact to the white muslin backdrop.

At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and our Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro for clear and dependable audio.  We used our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and a Playback Pro laptop for switching between powerpoint slides and video rolls.  We also used our ETC Smartfade Lighting Controller for adjusting the stage lights and color of the backdrop.
