First Annual Gold Star Gala at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis

AV For You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment and tech services for the Black Men Teach Gold Star Gala fundraiser event at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up QSC K12 & K10 Speakers, JBL VRX918SP & db Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers, Shure and Audio Technica Microphones and our Midas M32R Digital Mixing Console.

For video rental equipment we utilized our Playback Pro Laptop, Lenovo LEGION 5 laptop and our Roland V-1HD Video switcher.

For lighting rental equipment we used Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights, Martin MAC Aura moving head wash lights, Phillips Color Kinetics ColorBlaze TRX 72” LED Battens, Chroma-Q Color Force 72” & 48” LED Batten Ranges, Clay Paky Mythos moving lights, Martin MAC 101’s and Chauvet Ovation P-56FC Par lights.

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using white, black and grey drape.  

We also utilized our 26” Podium with Monitor (45” Samsung) on stage.
