Audio Visual Support for Gala at Quincy Hall in Minneapolis

AV For You provided audio, video, lighting and backdrop rental equipment for the Hammer Residences Reach for Ralph Gala Fundraiser at the Quincy Hall in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up JBL VRX932 Line Array Speakers, Shure Wireless Microphones, and our Behringer X32 Producer Mixer.  We setup a Samsung 55” 4K HD TV as a confidence monitor.

For video rental equipment we set up our Sony HXCU-100 Camera for IMAG and recording.  We used our Roland VR-4HD HD AV Mixer, Lenovo laptop and our Playback Pro laptop to control the video.

For lighting rental equipment we used Chauvet DJ Freedom Flex H4 battery powered uplights. We controlled the lights with our Chamsys QuickQ 10 Lighting console.

For backdrop rental equipment we set up five panels of Rose Brand grey drape.
